Stop being so fucking sensitive and lazy and do your fucking job or get fired. I don't care. This is a BASIC requirement that people with REAL jobs have to deal with on a regular basis.

One of the reasons I left gov work was because I was pissed off by not only being one of the few actually working but seeing how my tax dollars were wasted on useless people that at best maybe "worked" 4-6 hours a week at best. I still see it in corp (especially in admin bloat and these bullshit DEI hires) but its not nearly as bad as it was in gov. At least in private where I work no one has ever had a pronoun in email or their bio's since I started here. That shit was infecting the whole gov about a year before I left and went private.

From the post:

>A federal worker who complained about Elon Musk's 'what did you do?' emails to MSNBC has been mocked online for describing them as a form of 'harassment.' Cathy, a federal worker in Haymarket, Virginia, spoke on the network's Morning Joe segment that focused on voters in the state upset with Musk and DOGE's worker cuts in their town hall. She discussed with the outlet the emails, ominously titled 'What did you do last week?', Musk and the DOGE department sent out to federal workers asking for five accomplishments they achieved in the previous week. It was made clear that those who failed to respond may be fired. 'The email that came out wanting us to justify our jobs with five things we did last week was on Saturday night,' she said.

She’d really be upset if she worked in the private sector

Hell, don't work for me. I ask everyone to come to meetings every morning at 9am and tell the group what they did the previous business day. Then, if you miss a deadline, everyone wants to know why and what you're planning to do to get the job done. Every single day.

Yeah, it's a called a "standup" short and to the point. I don't do them daily since it would be a waste of time but it is scheduled a few times per week.
