Yup, me too, was invited to visit, then uninvited when I told them I wasn’t vaccinated and wouldn’t be before I arrived. I did receive an apology a few months later
This is the part that actually drove me insane.
My Father just cut off all contact with me right before Thanksgiving 2021. Wouldn't answer any calls, texts, or voicemails.
I was working with my Double-Jabbed Brother at the time, and asked him if he was going to our Dad's house for Thanksgiving. He was.
That Thanksgiving really pushed me over an edge. I spent it at home alone, with a bottle of whiskey, watching anime and eating ramen.
He did not take an interest in talking to me until about a year later, when he found out I was in rehab.
My brother tried the talking points he learned from the “news” on TV to try to convince me to get jabbed. My answer to all that garbage was “I’m healthy, I’m not worried about getting it and if you’re vaxxed you shouldn’t worry about me giving it to you.” But the tone and affect of the false concern about why I thought that the coof wasn’t deadly was ridiculous.
He now has a heart problem. That stupid vax, that he took because he believed the idiots on TV, is going to cost him decades off his life, and I’m really pissed off about it.
I am sorry to hear about your brother. A lot of people fell for it, and I don't really blame them for falling for it.
Good propaganda can overwhelm almost anyone's mind, especially when everyone is saying it all at once.
It was all so recent, and I still find it amazing how quickly people seem to have forgotten how crazy society got.

I’m sorry that happened to you. You’re much more empathetic and generous when looking back on the scared sheeps’ decisions. I could see it was not what it was claimed to be by just a few occurrences.
- The pressure was too high. We hear advice such as, exercise, eat healthy, spend time outside, which is very good advice, but it never comes looking down the barrel of a gun. If it was just good advice, the pressure would have been low. But my job, my ability to support myself, my ability to travel, my ability to get a freaking haircut were all in jeopardy unless I had the vax card. When has that ever happened before for something beneficial?
- I didn’t know anyone personally who died of the coof. I had elderly and very sick relatives that had it multiple times and weren’t super sick. People whose immune systems were nearly non-existent were just sick and felt icky, not on deaths’s door.
- The government was giving it away for free. I know the gov doesn’t give a shit about me, I’m just a wage slave. If they cared about my health they’d take fluoride out of the water, have an FDA that prioritized good outcomes over profits, not try to hide poisons in my food, etc.
So all the people who claimed they didn’t know make me angry. They have lost the ability to think, and reason. Would you take candy from a stranger with a windowless van? C’mon people, think! And why would you risk losing the relationship of a close family member or a friend over an untested, rushed, dubious shot when there are no excess deaths from the “pathogen”? Fear makes people do stupid things. “Fear is the mind killer.” Hence the 24/7 fear porn on the boob tube for all of the pandemic.
