first video that ships being towed by a tug likely owned by NY port authority so it's an american captain causing that damage not the Mexican sailor. I imagine he'll lose some rank for that fuckup to another boat with his tug, ask for height and if for the authority he must know the bridge clearance at high and low tide memorized to run a tub in the port.
