She was asked a stupid question that she answered so was her intent really to bully and intimidate and threaten?? I think it was a stupid thing to do on her part but I really don't see all that intent behind it. The school taking action is one thing, her being charged with felony is another thing completely.
babes... if you're suggesting her actions were not to bully and intimidate... you need to look in the mirror as your heads not screwed on correctly!
Without knowing the girl or being there it's hard to say but the way the situation was explained it does not seem like that is what she was doing.
Also even if she was I don't think a felony charge is called for.
