Without knowing the girl or being there it's hard to say but the way the situation was explained it does not seem like that is what she was doing.
Also even if she was I don't think a felony charge is called for.

Actully I admit that I did not know everything about the situation because I have read one artical on it and wasn't there. I know what was written, that's all I have to judge by and judging by that I formed my oppinion on her intent.
Regardless of her intent I think charging her with a felony is over kill and this is something that should have been handled by the school.

i live in a large inner city and frequently observe female teenage subsaharan cannibals as extremely loud, rude and physically violent, acting as aggressive hateful creatures, not all but a high percentage... though i am sure that it's "news" to you! Put them in schools were young adults are trying diligently to learn and it turns into a total shitshow where nearly thinking is challenging... they MUST be weeded out!
