One time they griped about the paint and we giggled to ourselves. But that was it. No overblown hysteria. The paint is water soluble, biodegradable, and non-staining. No harm no foul.

She was asked a stupid question that she answered so was her intent really to bully and intimidate and threaten?? I think it was a stupid thing to do on her part but I really don't see all that intent behind it. The school taking action is one thing, her being charged with felony is another thing completely.
