US Interstates were designed to let cars safely drive 95 MPH. 136, not so much, unless you're in Arkansas.

I was caught driving 110 MPH .. not guilty was the verdict.
why? the state law said you could drive at a speed that is safe.
And no testimony that I drove unsafely.

maybe they changed that law .... 110 MPH ? Not safe for long hauls due to tires....short time is OK.
