Lol, it miggt as well. It said sleep apnea but I've not really heard of that causing tantrums. I guess lack of good sleep can cause behavioral problems. Idk condition or not I think the grandma should have been called to come pick her up from the school not juvenile hall. If she is prone to tantrums not let her come back.
