Granted E. St. Louis is a crap-hole .... but towns are required to pay their obligations.
States are not. States can say "go away".

Fuck the government, most government jobs pay better than other jobs and get crazy good benefits and pensions. Especially the police get paid like Kings, I don't live in a shit hole I live in a place with really low crime so all the cops do is go around starting issues. It sucks most of the good jobs out there force you to be a part of the system Wich makes it harder for independent business and people because they tax all them to make gov money for services that aren't even nessicary and don't help the average people.
I won't cry a tear if the states tell their blood suckers to drop dad.
