Reminds me of a story I read about a Penn State girl a few years ago during the Polar Vortex.
Girl went out to a party and got too drunk. Stayed out later than she should've. When she got back to her house she realized it was locked and couldn't find her keys. All her roommates were asleep, and couldn't be woken up, no matter how loudly she banged on the door. She wasn't wearing much, but she was tired, so she ended up passing out on the porch.
Ended up being a quadruple amputee.
All because she went to one party.
