My heart goes out to the first responders as well as the victims and their families. This was preventable. No roaming watchman on duty at night, its against the law. A roaming watchman could have and should have saved lives. The Truth, the sister ship of the ill-fated Conception, was found to have only one smoke alarm... purchased from The Home Depot. The FBI and ATF started a criminal investigation.
