What should be contrasted is the amount of people that have used vaping to ween themselves off of not only cigarettes (one comparison), but nicotine (another) completely. I'll be a sample size of one in both categories because I smoked for 15 years, vaped for 3, and now I don't do any of it. It was a very slow, methodical process to ween off of nicotine using a vape, but it can definitely be done as I know I am not the only one who has successfully pulled it off. > The true number could be far higher.
