Just because people aren't brain-damaged enough to realize that the progressive states suck doesn't mean they aren't brain-damaged and completely ignorant that they undid themselves, and seek to repeat the same mistakes on others' soil. There was a satirical article I read earlier describing exactly this. The states should classify all incoming residents as second-class and revoke political privileges a la naturalization to preserve themselves.
