Puberty does not happen in everyone as young as 12. In fact I'd say most girls probably don't start it let alone complete it that young. Acting as if they have is dishonest at best and suspect at worst.

I thought girls puberty stars at the age age of 9 and boys on 14 or 16. Some boys get it later like in 19 or 20.
