How many links am I supposed to go to, and the one listed initially is behind a wall ? I cannot see it. I presume it has a link to another place that has a link to another place...etc.
Such things would be public records. Which likely have not been obtained prior to the shooting. And the business offices of the place that keep voter records would be closed since the time of the shooting.
Maybe a voter registrar opened up his offices for this. But since I cannot get to the voat link, its impossible to say. But its unlikely.
