Going to be a lot of glass to clean up
Travelers who need plain water will have to buy refillable aluminum or glass bottles if they don't bring their own.
I don't think they can impose that for water. Water is a necessity. They have to offer accessible water fountains or paper cups. It's only going to take one lawsuit.
I'm sure they'll still have drinking fountains.
Exactly what would a lawsuit be based upon? What would the cause of action be?
You can live w/o water for days, so your argument "its a necessity" likely is not going to be a winning argument.
