Why not used dead ISIS fighters for the experiment. They are male bodies of a young age and would represent more of what a US soldier in good shape would experience since the bones are harder than an old lady. This is ridiculous and they should find who decided to use civilian dead and not give the family notice. Total bullshit like when the dropped uranium dust on US towns in the 50's to see what effect it would have giving hundreds cancer in the process. Someone has to set up some rules on specifically what is banned behavior and experimentation on US citizens including injections on soldiers. Anyone caught bypassing those restrictions, death by firing squad, no excuses.
