Obama signed an executive order that basically prevented from kicking a child from school/classes. So you end up with Baltimore, where a teacher is assaulted daily. You can't teach like that. Can you focus on teaching when a 15 years old that went to juvenile detention for attempted murder comes in your class and tell you he'll kill you? You really can't.
