Well, most are assuming this means 10 days - hence the 10 days of darkness. I'm not so certain. I think it'll all be eased within the day.
Still, this is sounding more like wide ranging ISP outages or at least Cloudflare issues. Don't misunderstand, this doesn't appear to be something we can reasonably mitigate before hand. The consensus appears to be glowniggers resembling the origins of such an attack.
