Hopefully, the appeal works out for them. With Tulsi Gabbard's suit hitting, it will be interesting to see how these suits are going to be handled. If they all get dismissed right away, it will be a clear demonstration that there is no recourse for average people against media giants.
The judge was saying free speech that was an incorrect opinion was merely repeated by WaPo. I suppose I am going to have to read the article to get better informed.
Devi Nunes is going down this road, too. If one of these suits wins, it will be chaos in the media world that has been allowed to run amok and say whatever lies they want.
