They can never seem to get firearm terms right, single action would refer to the trigger performing one action, dropping the hammer. A double action cocks the hammer with a heavier pull and drops the hammer.

His setup is closer to a bolt action which does have a slight benefit of being marginally quieter with the suppressor.

It's called running subsonics through a semi auto pistol. Not enough ass in the low power rounds to cycle the mechanism. Certainly not a pro.

He was definitely an average guy, but the thought to go with subs and a suppressor makes him a firearmsish guy. My bet is he didnt get the suppressor booster installed all the way, or he fucked something up cleaning. That being said... He's practiced tap-racks before.

I had a .380 ruger pistol that would not cycle if you limp gripped it. Gun was given away to me since they thought gun was bad. I brought it to the range and had no problems. Told the ro and he told me about that problem and was able to duplicate by loose grip.

Certainly not a pro.

It's rough out there. Sometimes you have to save some cash and DIY.

Perhaps it's a deliberate technique so that the spent cases can be retained and not to leave forensic evidence at the scene, other than the bullets themselves.

After this, you would want to run a drill through the barrel to permanently destroy the rifling so that no forensic match could be made to the gun.

Someone on X said they found shells at the scene.

This had to be a hit and a well thought out one. I heard this guy was up to his eyeballs in corruption and mostl likely pharma jews wanted him gone.

Subsonic rounds in a .22 not strong enough to push the side is my guess
