I think it's time to do what I think Clinton did. If to many cars are imported "give a quota" than a large tariff is put on cars after they hit the quota. I think it was 2 million for Japan then a 100% tariff. We could do 1.5 million then a 50% tariff. That would catch their attention really quick. Hell do that worldwide for all countries. And if a car manufacturer makes plants in other countries to slip around the tariff make it so car companies have an import quota.
