It's unlikely. The crime she might be facing has "probable bodily harm" as a standard. She did cause possible bodily harm and that's enough for it to be wrong but she might get off Scott free as far as the law goes. But... both the grocery store and manufacturer should sue and the judge should award punitive damages.
