Well it seems like at least on some level we agree. I guess just from the position I'm in personally(husband father) I think leadership has a job to do in protecting and taking care of the people he is charged with. If I acted like those office workers, no one is going to stand up for my kids. Its my job and I take pride in doing it. So when I see an organization like that I see people who are charged with protecting workers and not doing their job. That shit pisses me off. Especially because they are collecting a paycheck for not doing it.
