Well it seems like at least on some level we agree.
I guess just from the position I'm in personally(husband father) I think leadership has a job to do in protecting and taking care of the people he is charged with. If I acted like those office workers, no one is going to stand up for my kids. Its my job and I take pride in doing it.
So when I see an organization like that I see people who are charged with protecting workers and not doing their job. That shit pisses me off. Especially because they are collecting a paycheck for not doing it.
You are probably right on that last line, I just hate to see leadership taking advantage of its position.
I hate the fact that because I'm an admin I have to self censor. I had a whole thing written up but I just can't say it because of the position I have on the site. It really sucks.
Anyway I agree you have some very good points we have to work within the system we have and try to improve it as much as we can.
