That would be the factory, not the union.

I've been around UAW workers my whole life I've seen first hand the BS they used to get away with and at ~30-40 bucks an hour.

Then I saw how it devastated local communities when the factories were closed and jobs moved to Canada and Mexico. [NAFTA also a huge part of that].

So yes view of unions is not favorable.
