Can't really comment on commercials in Poland or Lithuania. You can't either. Ads weren't this way even in the US 20 years ago though. If anything the ads are following the on the ground reality - and you're making a real leap to assume ad execs are all Jews anyway. And Jews aren't shoving nigger dicks in white women in any case.
