I work overnight shift in an office by myself in a mostly empty department and I've had managers and supervisors ask me to train new employees on software and I've refused training any females because my office is behind two locked doors. The women grumbled about it, but the males understood immediately.

Im a female manager.. let me tell you. when I started working in 1986 I never phoned in because of my period. I would never call because of a personal emotional situation. Now I’m not talking about funerals or family tragedy... I’m talking about personal crisis. I field calls from just not into it today, my cats acting weird.. to I have cramps.. book me off for the week. I also get I want a job.. but.. I need all these days off for my social calendar.. ya. Yeah
