Edit: got it >> it's Carla Kmiotek, a sergeant for the Coral Springs Fire Department who said she was one of the first responding officers to the scene on February 14.
She told them to stand down and not go inside and setup a perimeter while students were getting killed.

I just was saying I used find and LT was not in the text or lieutenant at all. I just find the title overblown. I saw the word deputy but didn't know the rank of that deputy since it wasn't listed. This story is very sparse on details, not you. The story if far from complete as it should be or clearly written.
I know, right? There's a conspiracy that it was a false flag and they deputies on site weren't informed that's why they were asked to stand down and wait.
That's the first thing I thought when I heard school shotting. They should have ignored the order and just gone in guns blazing. You don't tell police to stand down in an active shooting. Hell stores tell you to hide if caught in store during active shooter, I think what can I use for a weapon that will kill or disable this fucker. Not sure why I think this but if I can hide in a strategic location with a metal bar and just nail him full force the shooting is over since unless he's a superman he's hurt or his weapon is broken since I'm swinging like I'm in the major league with adrenaline involved in it. I'd be scared of dying but I'd also realize this fucker needs to be taken down or out.
