Hate to say it but this might have a good reason at heart. They were talking about shit but what they were really doing. Protecting employees from temp agencies. You can walk in and the employer doesn't like the way you look and your gone the next day or the sound of your voice. Temp workers are so underappreciated and work as hard as the regular employees without the benefits and at a fraction of the pay since the agencies themselves sometimes keep 3 or 4 dollars an hour from each employee for just setting up a low income job. I can see the tech industry being pissed getting workers for 2/3's the cost and sometimes the workers are highly qualified. I have despised how temp agencies just use people and get millions sitting in an office not giving a shit because you're just a replaceable product.
