Most of Siberia is not as cold and inhospitable as many people think, in fact most if it is actually very lush and beautiful. I'm glad that Russia is bringing in whites to colonize the unused land even if they're not slavic. THAT is how you bring in migrants when 'you don't have enough people' EU.
You bring in good people who are similar to you, and are willing to actually work. A bunch of experienced white farmers being given farmland? Perfect.
