I personally think this is good policy because it is specifically targeted at banning a form of gambling "loot boxes" and pay-to-win manipulative design from video games that either are targeted at those under the age of 18 or have target audiences that include those under the age of 18.

I would agree. Their brains aren't developed enough. It comes off as predatory.
