As I understand it, there is a disagreement right now whether the nine babies' deaths were caused by bacterial contamination. The plant was found to have serious issues including pitting and pinholes in pipes that needed to be fixed. As usual, neglecting maintenance to extract maximum profit. I do not have any insider information, just repeating what I have read.

There were no bacterial issues found at the plants. I dont give a crap about pinholes. Those aren't bacterial contamination of product which is what they have to prove by finding bacteria contaminated product or machines contaminated with bacteria which they have never found. They shut the only baby food manufacturer in the US down and started importing baby food from china where they have 0 over sight and cant even prove what they claim.
