I had shingles years before any of this in college. I got chicken pox in gradeschool and then shingles at 22
You can get it from the vaccine. It lives in your spinal chord until it re emerges. It shows up on one side 9f your back because its following the nerve endings
I don't care about getting chickenpox again, I know it's bad for adults but it's temporary. My concern was my mom told me I'll get shingles one day due to getting the vaccine after the real disease
Shingles is the re emergence of chickenpox through your spinal chord. Anyone who had chickenpox can get shingles.
