You can get it from the vaccine. It lives in your spinal chord until it re emerges. It shows up on one side 9f your back because its following the nerve endings

I don't care about getting chickenpox again, I know it's bad for adults but it's temporary. My concern was my mom told me I'll get shingles one day due to getting the vaccine after the real disease

Shingles is the re emergence of chickenpox through your spinal chord. Anyone who had chickenpox can get shingles.

Did my mom lie about me being more likely to get it? She said specifically that I will probably get shingles due to getting the vax after already having chickenpox. Shouldn't my immune system have fought off the virus inside the vax? Isn't that what natural immunity is for?

I think she has Munchausen by proxy, she used to tell people I was born with one kidney, that I'm allergic to a bunch of things I'm not, etc
