Th obstruction nonsense started shortly after the report was released. The best anyone could have done was *skim* through it at that time. So, it's apparent that Democrats were well prepared to begin claiming obstruction and now will continue to make that claim knowing that libtards can't read at a high enough level to check the document themselves to see there's nothing solid there at all.
