Isn't it obvious? It's a marketing campaign to attract "heavy use" repeat customers. A fatty conducting basic hygiene will need a larger volume of body care products than a healthy person. Simple as that.

Nailed it. It has nothing to do with any sort of PC message or a company being more accepting of something. It's about selling a product and attracting and keeping customers. Preferably fat customers.
