Lol The plans for ART were so poor, it wasn't until literally 2019 that the city realized that they needed curb barriers to prevent illegal left turning. Good lord, I wish ART never happened. Can we like just get a fund going to save up for the possibility of spending money on closing down ART and restoring Central Avenue to be like what it was before? I mean there's one hell of a good chance this is gonna be a huge failure.
