I find it funny that the judge allowed the defense to argue their guilt for two weeks before defining the law that they where arguing for. So they argued their guilt for two weeks on a law that was miss-interped by the defense.... I think the defense screwed the pooch on this one.. On appeal they should claim ineffectual defense and get a new trial... There is a lot that was missed with this case..
