Still waiting for one single reason that Arbery would be entering the house without criminal intent. Just one.
Why did the other people enter that construction site? Do you assume they had criminal intent? Maybe so maybe no. Maybe there was an exposed 2x4 at the perfect height to stretch ham strings after jogging 6 miles.
Arbery visited that house at least 5 times, that is plenty of opportunity to commit a crime beyond trespass but he never did. If his intent was to commit burglary, why did he never follow through?
And for one reason why he would assault someone with a gun, who was simply telling him to wait for police.
Why didn't they simply follow Arbery? They had vehicles while Arbery was on foot. Is it reasonable to feel threatened when armed strangers give chase?
And why he would go for a six mile jog wearing untied timberlands.
Because he was dumb. I've seen people jogging in jeans for the same reason.
We’ve already established that burglary doesn’t require theft.
So what else was stolen? Does a single theft constitute a string? I'm a frayed knot.
You already know that the property owner called police on people illegally entering his house multiple times
Yes the property owner explicitly stated he asked the authorities to tell people to stay out of the construction site because of safety concerns, especially for children. The owner had no concerns about theft because nothing was burgled.
One giant list of intellectually dishonest bullshit. There is zero percent chance you think ANY of that could be true. Zero.
He entered someone’s house to stretch on a 2x4? Fucking trees with branches everywhere. Fucking retarded.
Does it make sense to feel your life is being threatened by men telling you to wait because police are on their way? No. Fucking retarded.
The owner had no concerns about theft because nothing was burgled.
You can’t burgle a thing. We’ve already established this. Burglary is not theft. Burglary is most often associated with theft because that’s the most common reason for someone to illegally enter someone else’s property, not to stretch their fucking hammies. The homeowner called police multiple times for people illegally entering his house. You know, committing burglary?
Burglary is defined as trespassing plus additional crime or intent for additional crime. You've never established additional crime ergo Arbery trespassed about 5 times I think. The owner wanted the police to trespass him, nothing more.
You keep claiming to know Arbery's intent, but you provide no evidence. What's were the other trespassers' intents? Did the other trespassers burgle?
Because you are unable to deal in truthful definitions we have gone back and forth on the same point multiple times. I will likely stop responding because I am tiring of your retardedness.
Burglary is defined as trespassing plus additional crime or intent for additional crime.
intent
Just because there wasn’t anything of value that he could easily carry does not mean he didn’t have the intent to take it when it was there. Hence why he kept going back. It was a house under renovation, he was bound to find some loose power tools at some point.
Again, stop pretending like it’s normal to go into other people’s neighborhoods and enter their houses. It’s not normal. You know it’s not normal.
Here are a couple examples of someone entering a house without the intent to commit a crime:
A real estate agent mistakenly goes to the wrong house
A construction delivery driver misread instructions for items that should have been left outside
A neighbor sees smoke coming from the back of the house and enters to free the pets inside
Do you see the difference? You can’t just go into someone else’s house whenever you want and say, “Well, I didn’t intend to do anything else illegal! No crime here!”
What's were the other trespassers' intents? Did the other trespassers burgle?
I don’t know anything about the other people. Maybe? If they were neighbors on the same street just checking things out, they are far less likely to intend to commit a crime than a convicted criminal who doesn’t live anywhere close.
Though, I will agree that it’s possible that they were burglars. Unfortunately they never tried to assault and steal a gun from a neighbor so I guess we’ll never know
