It is good news, but I'll bet it gets implemented through the "private sector" anyway.

I'm pretty blackpilled on the whole thing, tbh.

I doubt it. The clot-shot makers are immune from liability for 30 year olds dropping dead of heart attacks. Employers who mandate them are not.

These 30 year olds should seek a lawyer and have a disclaimer written up to hand to the employer stating that now they are taking on the roll of what their doctor once did any adverse side effect arising from them mandating they inject experimental thereputics into their body is now the sole responsibility of the employer and if the unfortunate event death occurs they assume all responsibility of taking care of that person's family and expenses from here on out.

This is amazing.

I took the time to read the court's as the author suggests and it does indeed issue, "one brutal paragraph after another, the Court rips apart the mandate, citing law, facts, OSHA precedent".

Cults are always generally self unaware while they carry out what they thought at the time were steps to keep people safe.

History always shows the opposite.

I hope this serves as a wake up call that we need more based individuals in the legal system. It is an effective way to fight back.

This judge rocks! *"rather than a delicately handled scalpel, the Mandate is a one-size fits-all sledgehammer." * LOL!

But the president* will just ignore them and move forward, so it really doesn't matter.
