The law is clear:
You have to be 18+ unless the gun is a rifle (without a short barrel) or shotgun, in which case the age is 16+.
They argued that point for a while. It sounded like in that State it is Under 16. Kyle was 17 at that time.
Nope,that would be a 'Fed.Crime' as such,Kyle would never be allowed to own,purchase,or possess a weapon. Deal breaker.
Yet the state gave an armed burglar who serially illegally used illegally possessed firearms while intoxicated a CCW permit.
