Imagine being a Chicago Cop. You have a mayor that hates you. In a State with representation and government that also despises you. You patrol a third world city with a tourist area and the people who live in the city voted to defund you.

Would you actively stop crime? Or would you hide out and collect a paycheck, just to spite the city's residents who hate you?
