A directed verdict of not guilty on all charges would sort this out very quickly. No need to roll the dice on whether the jury will be too scared of reprisals to acquit, there is already ample evidence to conclude that no reasonable jury would possibly convict on any of these charges, except for maybe the misdemeanor firearms charge, however that law is so vague that the charge (and the law) would be dismissed as void for vagueness. The likelihood of this happening is slim to none though.
