I can only guess they're trying to get this trial scrapped and then re-done with a judge and jury more favourable to the (((prosecution))).
Serious question, can mistrials work in favor of the prosecution as described above?
I don't know. I do know that if Kyle is found not guilty, he can never be charged with these same charges ever again, so if there is some way to technically scrap a trial and have it redone, the prosecution, having already shown that they are corrupt, will try and make it happen.
There is a workaround to a not guilty verdict, the feds come in and charge him with other shit. At the very least the process is the punishment, but these bloodthirsty kikes will always want their pound of flesh if they can get it.
Absolutely, just need a more biased judge. If the next judge decides to exclude certain evidence then he can absolutely bail out the prosecution.
The current judge has the option to end it now for the jurors safety but i suspect he's going to be petitioned for directed verdicts and accept meaning the judge can direct the jury. The judge will have seem the facts and can say to the jury, the facts are explicitly exculpatory on the following charges you may not convict on these charges. If that happens the prosecution and the state can be sued for malicious prosecution quite easily. I think the judge wont mind the political fallout. And he can prevent these scumbags from railroading an innocent young man in a second trial and a jury from being targeted.
