It's time to declare BurnLootMurder and Antifa as terrorist groups and arrest George Soros.
I can only guess they're trying to get this trial scrapped and then re-done with a judge and jury more favourable to the (((prosecution))).
Serious question, can mistrials work in favor of the prosecution as described above?
I don't know. I do know that if Kyle is found not guilty, he can never be charged with these same charges ever again, so if there is some way to technically scrap a trial and have it redone, the prosecution, having already shown that they are corrupt, will try and make it happen.
There is a workaround to a not guilty verdict, the feds come in and charge him with other shit. At the very least the process is the punishment, but these bloodthirsty kikes will always want their pound of flesh if they can get it.
Absolutely, just need a more biased judge. If the next judge decides to exclude certain evidence then he can absolutely bail out the prosecution.
The current judge has the option to end it now for the jurors safety but i suspect he's going to be petitioned for directed verdicts and accept meaning the judge can direct the jury. The judge will have seem the facts and can say to the jury, the facts are explicitly exculpatory on the following charges you may not convict on these charges. If that happens the prosecution and the state can be sued for malicious prosecution quite easily. I think the judge wont mind the political fallout. And he can prevent these scumbags from railroading an innocent young man in a second trial and a jury from being targeted.
A directed verdict of not guilty on all charges would sort this out very quickly. No need to roll the dice on whether the jury will be too scared of reprisals to acquit, there is already ample evidence to conclude that no reasonable jury would possibly convict on any of these charges, except for maybe the misdemeanor firearms charge, however that law is so vague that the charge (and the law) would be dismissed as void for vagueness.
The likelihood of this happening is slim to none though.
And bragged about it online.. Lol...
I’m frankly, quite surprised it did," he added.
Suuuuuurre you are
which officers approached the person and required [them]...to delete the video and return the phone to him.
Take hold of the phone, power off, keep until after the trial is over.
And require the owner to prove that nothing got uploaded to the cloud. Rule number one when filming
How does one prove it didn't happen? Not trying to be a smart ass, just genuinely curious.
One can't. You are correct that one cannot prove a negative. But its a common tactic that authority figures use where its YOUR job to prove you aren't in the wrong.
So it would seem only fair to at least investigate the shit outta the phone, the plan, the provider, going even so far as to hold it as evidence of a crime. You know, the way it would be if someone did this for say.. the Chauvin trial.
Member they executed the guy who filmed saddam hussein execution so...
Too late, video already uploaded to the cloud. Get phone back when trial is over, send mob to burn/loot/murder/rape them.
"Something like that should not have occurred, I’m frankly, quite surprised it did," he added.
Seems naïve AF.
if this was in a public venue - taking the phone was a violation of civil rights, and deleting it had zero effect (undeleting IS a thing, idiots) .... if the video was made in the lobby of a hotel, etc .. its a little bit more problematic - the police are likely STILL guilty of violating 1st and 4th amendment rights.
I’ll bet they were Antifa, BLM, black panthers.
Yeah, perhaps someone will find the identity of the filmer and "Rittenhouse" him!
Oh i'm sure it was deleted, then recovered from the "recently deleted" folder. Isn't there precedence for this? Like a mistrial or something?
Mistrial yeah. Though that wouldn't necessarily be favorable to Kyle if they were able to get a more hostile judge and jury.
