Damn, I'm not trying to be a dick but it sounds like you need to get your shit together man.
I was the victim but the lazy police decided to charge me because I won the fight. I had a DVD full of video evidence including of other incidents of the actual perpetrator harassing me for several days prior. The police just didn't want to do their job and so charged me with the crime of expecting police to do their job.
That put a whole new perspective on it, glad to hear you won both fights
Oh, and it was from over 2 years ago, nearly 3. They dragged it up after I got into a civil litigation with my landlord. He must have been connected. Well, I won that, too, and got to keep all the rent I had in escrow, about 8 months worth. No damages for a counter claim, though.
They didn't realize I was a data and tech hoarder and still had not only all the files on 2 different hard drive but also had both phones I used at the time to record the video.
