Thank God for today's testimony - chances are the jurors won't need to even be heard from after today's prosecution fuck up, but if it does, this is 100% grounds for a mistrial. Stop letting fucking scum into these hearings. This goes against everything the laws are supposed to protect us from/

a mistrial isnt a good thing, they could and likely will find more a sympathetic judge and/or jury next round.
