but a lot of people caved because they were afraid of being blacklisted within the company.

People need to grow some balls and start using the federal faggot employment laws against companies. If companies retaliate in any way for getting an exemption that's a classic "hostile workplace" lawsuit, enough to make any pink haired HR whale jiggle in her Uggs.

Time to start paying attention in those stupid mandatory fucking HR training videos and learn that as much as that dogshit protects niggers and trannies, it's easy to apply it to situations like these, and these federal employment law retards absolutely treat any transgression of these rules harshly since it brings in a lot of dough in fines.

I agree. I hired a lawyer when I filed my exemption. He says to document anything they do or say that could be construed as hostile and he will help. I just know most of my coworkers are pussies. A lot of them are talking big about punishing the anti-vaxxers with higher insurance rates and refusing them service at the hospitals (I'm healthcare IT).

It's political, so I say nothing. My beliefs are non of their business. As soon as a manager says anything, my lawyer will hear about it. My current manager doesn't allow talk of any of it but my previous one let them try to publically poll us on status, etc. Again, I stayed quiet. It caused assumptions and attitude and I ignored it because I was moving to a better team.

I suspect my company won't make a deal of it since everyone is remote but if they do I'm going to nail them to the fucking wall so hard they'll be begging me to stop. I fucking hate this dogshit and have had it.

And if I win and they treat me any different I'm fucking filing that hostile workplace lawsuit to boot. It would probably ruin a company I actually love working at but at this point I don't give a single fuck. These cunts need to feel the pain.

We are remote. I've been remote 15 years and they still mandated both the clot shot and flu shot. I did get the religious exemption and I'm hoping they will drop it at this point. It's made me so bitter.
