Kyle will NOT receive a fair trial. It is a clear-cut case of self-defense and the jury selection was done atrociously and against the advice of Robert Barnes. He spent an hour on the last VivaFrei livestream explaining the mess that Kyle's attorneys had made and how they likely had control of all the donation money that he has received. Kyle is going to get railroaded and will probably have to appeal.
i like Barnes, but he's a bit of a twat. he wants to bring an LA defense to a small town courthouse. I'm skeptical of linn woods, but i can reasonably see that Barnes was doing more harm than good
Complete nonsense. Try watching Barnes' streams and you'll learn something.
i've watched most of them, at least the ones with vive frei. i like Barnes a lot. i think he's done a great deal to pull the curtain back on how bs the justice system actually is. legal man, the quash, is another one of recommend. however, if you are oblivious to Barnes' arrogance you should watch more closely.
I watch Barnes' streams with Viva Frie.
20 jury consultants is still a clusterfuck, no matter who is heading it.
I'm not convinced. It's clear the defense is very slow off the ball and has very slow starts during the crosses and statements, but they're pointing out things that are fishy with the prosecution and police involvement. He pointed out how the FBI was extremely sketchy about turning over evidence, and how the prosecutor and cops protected the guy shot in the arm by invoking Macy's law or whatever for the first and only time in the history of that witness cop's career.
Yeah, and any voir dire with 20 jury consultants is a pre-planned clusterfuck. Better to just have one guy from the community pick the jury.
